The IOAD is an Intelligent, rugged 6U, multipurpose high density IO board combining three interface types -consisting of Isolated IO ports, A to D converters and Serial RS422/RS232 communication ports.
The board is controlled by a powerful Atmel xTMega 128 MCU and is equipped with a Lattice MachXO CPLD, enabling a variety of standalone control and managing applications as well as wave-form generation capabilities.
The board operates as a slave IO interface or as a stand-alone manger/controller with IO capabilities and is supplied with an API for Windows which enables to operate and read all IO ports, to read all ADC ports and to switch the serial ports.
The operating temperature range of the IOAD is from -40°C to +80°C and it is approved to environmental conditions per Mil-Std 810.
