The MCPU Carrier is a rugged 6U conduction cooled board for CPU/SBC applications supporting Type 2 COM-Express modules and featuring up to 9 Ethernet ports, 8 serial ports, 10 GPIOs, VGA port , CF and 2.5” SSD sites for mass storage.
The broad supports a variety of CPUs options from Intel© Atom TM , Core TM 2 Duo, to Core TM i3/i5/i7 and is equipped with heat spreading and heat-sinking plate fitted for each CPU type.
The module is plug-in type, secured with standard wedge locks (Calmarks) as well as optional EPS proprietary wedge locks for extreme conditions and is approved for operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C and for the Mil-Std 810 environment.
